懶得熬焦糖,索性直接用椰奶來沖泡咖啡好了。
因為家裡用的Rasaku 椰奶都非常濃醇,所以就加了鮮奶來稀釋。
若喜歡可以自己添加蜂蜜或糖漿,但我已很久 ...
最近常飄雨,想出門找家咖啡館又怕踩地雷,又怕沒停車位,又擔心淋雨。
這一切其實還不是因為自己懶,雨天若叫我出門吃火鍋,那有時不一樣的說法了,哈哈。
看著打在窗迅速滑落的雨水,雨水和風不規則的飄著,我還是躲在家好好的閑一些。
煮了咖啡,但這雨天就有點不想和熱的,所以決定弄杯拿鐵。
想起自己曾經研發的“王子拿鐵”,想念那帶有椰子香氣、帶點鹹香的焦糖咖啡。
已好久沒再遇見它,最後一次親吻已不是當初我所創造出來的模樣,那神韻早已不在,所以我也就沒再造訪把他遺落在哪的咖啡館。

喜歡那咖啡的碳香味,加了椰奶喝起來口感更溫潤又厚度,淡淡的椰奶香其實和咖啡真的很合拍。
材料:
濃縮咖啡60ml
椰奶30ml
鮮奶120ml
冰塊
做法:
1.把冰塊倒入杯中。
2.倒入椰奶。
3.倒入鮮奶,拌勻。
4.倒入濃縮咖啡即可。

120mlFreshmilk
Icecube
Procedure:
Fillglasswithice.
Pourcoconutmilkandfreshmilkintoglass,stirwell/
Pourcoffeeoverice,serveimmediately.
