了解以下的小知識，可以讓游泳更有效率哦！1.游泳前淋浴可以預防抽筋游泳前淋浴是常識，稍微洗去身上汗水、髒汙、毛髮等，可以防止水質因個人身上分泌物而產生影響，保護自己也保護他人。

另一個原因是「預防游泳時抽筋」，游泳池的水溫一般都會低於人體溫度，事先淋浴可以讓身體適應水溫，避免急遽的溫度變化造成肌肉抽筋。

當然，下水前也應做足暖身運動。

2.耳朵進水切忌用手挖游泳時耳朵進水那種痛苦的感覺難以名狀，感覺就像有一坨水在耳朵裡滑來滑去，總之非常不舒服就對了！當耳朵進水時，切忌用手或棉花棒去挖，在挖的過程若控制不好，很容易造成耳膜破裂出血或細菌感染發炎。

最簡單的方法就是用「跳」的動作讓水流出來，或是向進水的耳朵「灌水」再一次抖出來，如果真的都沒辦法，還可以試試拿吹風機將水吹乾。

3.蛙式消耗的熱量最多大家都知道游泳消耗的卡路里較其他運動(如跑步)來得多，而常見的四泳式中，以相同的時間、距離來計算，消耗最多熱量的又以「蛙泳」居冠。

不少人都會以為自由式因為速度快，消耗的熱量也高，但蛙泳因動作不流線、水阻較大，因此需要花更多的力氣前進，想瘦身的人不妨考慮多游蛙式。

4.游冷水比溫水來得好剛下水的時候都會覺得泳池的水好冷，但活動一下就會感覺舒服許多。

因為人體會自動調節體溫去適應水溫，因此較陸地上來說會消耗更多熱量，而處於冷水消耗的能量又較溫水多，且經常游冷水可以增強抵抗力，受冷水刺激心肺功能、呼吸系統也都會獲得提升，也難過那麼多人冬天不畏寒冷也要游泳了。

5.游泳減肥40分鐘才見效許多人都會嘗試游泳來減肥，但游了老半天卻還是不見一點成效，也許是游的不夠久，抑或是不夠用力。

想要透過游泳減肥，至少要游40分鐘才能產生效果，因為剛開始的30分鐘處於無氧階段，身體以分解糖分為主，提供運動所需的熱量，之後由消耗脂肪獲得的熱量比例會逐漸上升，持續運動下去，才有助於脂肪的燃燒。

6.游泳後別急著進食相信大家游完泳都一定會覺得特別餓，迫不及待想飽餐一頓，但專家建議游完泳還是應避免立刻進食，因為游泳時消耗的熱量會讓你的身體產生飢餓感，馬上進食很容易就被腸胃吸收，不知不覺使你吃得更多，而且對消化系統及腸道也會造成負擔，建議游完泳40分鐘到1小時後在正常飲食，免得功虧一簣。

若怕捱不住餓，可以在游泳前吃根香蕉或地瓜墊胃。
