InadditiontothereimbursementofthetwoPhDcourses,youcanalsoapplyforreimbursementforcoursefeesforcoursestakenviaCoursera,edXandsimilaronlineplatforms.However,youcanhaveamaximumof5ECTSapprovedforthesekindofcoursesintotalandthemaximumreimbursementisDKK1,800perECTS. Paidcoursefeesarerefundableforcoursescompletedlessthan6monthsbeforeenrolment. Expensessuchastravel,accommodation,books,mealsetc.canbereimbursediftheyareincludedinthecoursefee. Reimbursementprocedure ApplyforapprovalofthecourseviaPhDPlannerandindicateintheapplicationthatyouwishtoapplyforreimbursementofthecoursefee.
