NewUTMParametersinGA4 Afteraboutfifteenyears(15years!)withtheadventofGA4wecantakeadvantageofnewUTMparameterstoimprovetrackinganddataanalysis. Forwhodon’tknow,theUTMparametersareenteredinthequerystringoftheURLsandallowyoutoidentifythesource,mediumandcampaignofthemarketingactivitiesundertakenbythebusiness.Forexample,viatheparameterswehowmanyusersarrivefromournewsletterordem,throughtherelatedemailchannel,perhaps,totheSummerDiscount2022campaign:inAnalyticswefindthisinformationbothintheDefaultChannelGroupsandinthesource/mediumreportandalsounderthecampaignvoice.
