一、請於110年6月7日～110年9月15日【畢業生離校系統】開放期間，上線查詢確認完成畢業離校程序，若核可狀態皆為『V』者，即可上線登記預約領證日，於預約日持學生證至教務處註冊組領取畢業證書。

二、未於上述【畢業生離校系統】開放期間完成線上離校程序者，請至教務處網頁下載「畢業生離校程序單」，以紙本會辦相關單位辦理離校程序，完成後請持單至註冊組領取畢業證書。

三、委託他人領取畢業證書者，請至教務處網頁下載「離校代辦委託書」，請持受託人身分證及委託書始得代領。

四、110年7月28日～7月30日，教務處全員支援大考中心考試試務工作，因故暫停服務，敬請見諒。

五、110年7月5日～110年9月3日為本校暑假作息時間，上班時間為週一至週四（08：00～16:30）。

六、全校暑假共休週排定110年8月23日~27日，於此期間暫停服務，敬請知悉。

七、學生證請妥善保存，日後返校申辦證件，可利用於「教務處自動化服務系統」，享受便捷的服務，但不得用於證明學生身分，請謹慎運用。

八、役(訓)期折減證明申請作業：軍訓室聯絡電話02-29052885。
