WhatImayhavedoneto"earn"thisbug(howtoreproduceitperhaps):I'venotdoneCambionDriftandPlainsofEidoloninSteelPathmodeaftertheacolyteswereintroducedtoSteelPathmodeasreward-givingminibosses,notbeforethepasttwoweeksmaybe.WhatIdidfirstthen,onbothCambionDriftandinPlainsofEidolon,wasgothereasIvara,stealthingaround,notkillingalmostanything,justscanningstuffinPoEandminingstuffinCD.Around20minutemarklikethatasIvarastealthing, theacolyteletmeknowithadappearedbygivingthecinematicandspeechforit,aswellastheacolyte'sbosshealthbarontopofscreen.Butthat'sit,noactualacolytemobwasnowheretobeseen.Iexitedstealthtoseeifthat'dhelp,butno. Lateron,today,IenteredbothofthoseoutdoorworldsinSteelPathmodeasGrendel,anddidortriedtodobountiesthere,successfullysoinPoEandnotsuccessfullyinCD.Theindicationsofacolytespawningwerethereinbothworldsaround6-8minutemarkwhichislatecomparedtoOrbVallisbtw.Theindicationsofacolytespawnbeing,again,cinematicandspeechandbosshealthbar,butnoactualacolytetofightwith. Thiswasalldoneonsolomode,notinasquadsetting. ... However,PlainsofEidolonacolyte"notspawning"(orprobablymorelikespawningawayfromyou)"bug"stillpersistedforme,despiteofdoingafewbounties.InoticedonmylastbountyinthePlainsofEidolon,thattheacolytespawnedunderground,toacavesystem.AfterthebountyIwentbacktotracktheacolyteandfoundhim,ormorelike,hefoundme,teleportedmerighttohimfromthesurfacetothecave,whatmust'vebeenatleast30meterteleport(justmyestimate,therewasnoacolyteredrectanglewaypointtheresocouldn'ttellreally). Sothereal"bug"seemstobe acolytesspawningincavesandonwholedifferentaltitudesthanwhereyouare.ThisisproblematicinPlainsofEidolon,wherethecavescanbemoretrickytolocatesometimes,ifyou'renewtotheplace.SoIsuppose notanurgentfix,thoughitdoesspoilboththeefficiencyoffarmingSteelEssenceinPoEaswellasthefunoffightinganacolytemid-bountyinthere.
