Wespentagesvainlyattemptingtolowertheseattotheexpectedfullyreclining.Allwecouldfindwasasemi-recliningdiagonalsituationthatleftasubstantialgapwithfeetcrammedsidewaysontoasmallhardshelf.Itwasobvioustocabinstaffthiswassobuttheydidnotadvisetherewasanyotheradjustmentnorthatitcouldonlybefullyreclinedbythem. Despiteouradvisingwedidnotrequiredinnerthecrewwokeuswhendinnerwasserved.Itwasimpossibleforthemnottohavenotedoursemi-reclining,uncomfortablepositions–buttheydidnotcommentnorassistinanyway. Wehadnotbecausetheassociatedmaterialstatesonlythat‘BusinessClassonthenewA350-900andthe777-300ERaircraftfeaturesgreaterreclineandtwonewseatingpositions’.Thereisnomentionofafullyrecliningbedoption–letalonethatanattendanthastobeapproachedtodoitforyou.
