HowtopreventunauthorizedaccessofyourLDAPaccount前言： 為避免教職員及學生開啟網路釣魚信件，進而被竊取帳號密碼，甚至盜用發送大量垃圾信，所以提醒各位以下事項。

說明： 甚麼是網路釣魚？ Whatisphishing? 網路駭客透過一些網路媒介（網頁、電子郵件…）當中吸引人的畫面、資訊，甚至是恐嚇等字樣，誘騙使用者透過駭客所設計的頁面與情境（這頁面可能是假可亂真的），輸入自己本身的帳號密碼，造成帳密被駭客盜用。

Phishingiswhenhackersdeceivecomputerusers(oftenviaemail)intovisitingawebsitewhichlookslegitimate,butwhichthehackershavecreatedthemselves.Usersarethenaskedtoenterprivatedatalikeaccountinformationandpasswords. 這些詐騙通常以電子郵件作為第一啟動點，通常會在信件中引導使用者連往其他被設計好的詐騙網頁，所以針對此類網路釣魚信件要特別小心。

Phishingscamsareusuallyinitiatedthroughemail,whichgetsausertoclickonalinkthatbringsthemtoaspeciallydesignedwebpagecreatedbythehackers.Beverycarefulifyougetanemailaskingyoutoclickonaprovidedlink. 如何防範網路釣魚信件？基本概念有： HowdoIprotectmyselfagainstphishingscams?Herearesomethingstoremember: 無論如何，系統管理者絕對不會透過E-Mail向使用者要求回覆帳號、通行密碼，若收到要求您回覆帳號、通行密碼的信件，100%為釣魚信件，請勿回覆。

例如1：資訊中心不會因為您的帳密一年到期，發信通知您修改密碼。

例如2：資訊中心不會因為您信箱空間快滿了，或是要系統更新，發信通知您修改密碼。

Systemsmanagerswouldnevercontactyouviaemailaskingforyouraccountdetailsorpassword.Ifyougetanemailaskingforsuchpersonaldetails,itis100%aphishingscam.Donotreplyanddonotclickonanylinksprovided. i.TheFJCUCenterofInformationTechnologywillneversendyouanemailclaimingthattheone-yearlimitisupandyoumustchangeyourpassword. ii.TheFJCUCenterofInformationTechnologywillneversendyouanemailrequestingthatyouchangeyourpasswordbecauseyourinboxisalmostfullorbecausethesystemisscheduledtoupgrade. 請勿相信寄件者顯示的資訊一定是本人，因為駭客可以假冒他人之名寄信給您。

Don'tassumethatanemailreallycomesfromthepersonwhosenameisshown,sinceitcouldbeahackerposingasthatperson. 請勿相信文件中的超連結一定是正確真的，因為可以設定顯示的網址，其背後連結的是其他位址。

一經點選，就等於連上了駭客設計的網站，甚至直接執行了當中的程式。

您也可以檢查瀏覽器的網址列，若網址裡沒有fju.edu.tw，表示非學校系統，一定是駭客網站。

Don'tassumethatahyperlinkinanemailislegitimate.Hackerscancreatelinksandwebsitesappearexactlythesameasrealones,butonceyouclickonthelinkyouwillbedirectedtoadifferentwebpage.Thehacker'ssoftwareprogramcansometimesstartrunningassoonasyou'reatthesite.Youcanalsochecktheaddressbarofyourbrowser.Ifthereisnofju.edu.twintheURL,itmeansthatitisnotaschoolsystemandmustbeahackerwebsite. 請勿任意開啟郵件中的夾帶檔案，尤其是當無法確定以上所提當中的寄件者是本人的話。

Don'topenemailattachmentsunlessyouarecertainofthesender'sidentity. 向正確單位求證，校內單位正式活動皆會有業務單位、承辦人、分機等明確資訊，若有疑慮，請以電話詢問確認信件內容。

如果無法確認的話，可連絡資訊中心，切勿直接回信給對方（因為以上提到，來信者不一定是本尊）。

Goimmediatelytohttps://whoami.fju.edu.twandchangeyourpassword.(Werecommendyoucreateonethatyou'veneverusedbefore.) 密碼修改完成後，建議再修改驗證資料，以維護帳號、密碼的安全（請特別注意驗證資料當中設定的備用信箱確實可用，因為這是之後帳號密碼有問題查詢時，系統通知信的發送位址）。

學生使用本組帳號密碼通過系統認證後，即可透過學生資訊入口網使用如電子郵件系統（webmail）、非同步遠距教學平台（TronClass）、確認選課清單或查詢學期成績…等資訊服務。

LDAPAccountYouraccountnumberisyournine-digitStudentID.Afterloggingin,youcanaccessthedifferentsystemsintheStudentInformationPortal,suchaswebmailandTronClass.Youcanalsoconfirmyourcourselistandcheckyouracademicgrades. 網路選課帳號帳號亦為學號9碼，搭配相對應密碼（預設與單一帳號LDAP密碼不同）僅能登入本校網路選課系統（網路選填志願系統、網路初選、加退選系統）。

CourseRegistrationAccountYouraccountnumberisalsoyournine-digitStudentID(butthepasswordisdifferentfromyourLDAPaccount).ThisaccountisonlyusedtoaccesstheCourseRegistrationSystem.(Itisavailableduringinitialcourseregistration,theadd/dropperiod,andwhenaddingHolisticEducationCoursestoyour“WishList”.) 帳號密碼取得與修改 Obtainingandchangingyourpassword 本校新生依照入學管道不同，可由本校郵寄之「入學通知」或報到現場發放之「新生資料袋」中取得「單一帳號／密碼」與「選課帳號／密碼」。

DependingontherouteyoutooktogetintoFJCU,yourLDAPaccount/passwordandCourseRegistrationaccount/passwordwilleitherbemailedwithyourNoticeofAdmissionorincludedaspartofyourNewStudentInformationpackage. 中心強烈建議您於取得單一帳號（LDAP）密碼後，儘快上網完成「單一帳號啟用」程序。

您可透過該程序重新自訂密碼，但請務必注意密碼設定之安全強度（長度、文數字組合變化），以確保自身權益。

帳號啟用後即可獲得完備之後續線上支援與服務。

單一帳號（LDAP）密碼可隨時自行修改，但「選課帳號」之密碼僅能在公告之特定期間內進行修改。

以100學年度第1學期網路選課為例，學生可於「選填志願系統」開放階段，即100.08.11（四）14:00–100.08.17（三）10:00修改選課帳號的密碼。

Yourtwoaccountsareseparate.LDAPpasswordscanbechangedanytime,butcourseregistrationpasswordscanonlybechangedduringspecifictimesanddateswhichwillbeannounced(e.g.,fromThursdayAugust11at14:00untilWednesdayAugust17at10:00). 例外狀況處理 Passwordproblems 單一帳號（LDAP）密碼遺忘 ForgottenLDAPpassword 利用單一帳號（LDAP）忘記密碼相關服務。

其步驟如下： Pleasefollowthestepsbelowifyouforgetyourpassword: 以瀏覽器連線至本校LDAP啟動入口網http://whoami.fju.edu.tw/。

Gotothesamewebpagewhereyouenabledyouraccount:http://whoami.fju.edu.tw/. 點選「忘記密碼」選項。

ClickForgotPassword? 輸入LDAP帳號。

EnteryourLDAPaccountnumber. 選擇密碼取回方式： Therearetwowaystogetanewpassword: 點選【備用信箱】輸入您所設定的信箱（帳號啟用程序時所設定的備用信箱)，驗證通過後至備用信箱收取系統重新產生的新密碼通知信件。

Click“Emailanewpassword.”Enterthesameemailaddressyouprovidedwheninitiallyenablingyouraccount.Oncethesystemhasconfirmedtheemailaddress,itwillgenerateanewpasswordandemailittothataccount. 點選【忘記密碼問答】輸入問題答案（帳號啟用程序時所設定的問題答案)，驗證通過後重新設定密碼。

Click“SecurityQuestion.”Answerthequestionyouchosewhenenablingyouraccount.Onceyou'veansweredcorrectly,you'llbeabletocreateanewpassword. 若學生因故無法利用上述兩種方式取得密碼，請學生本人於本校上班時間攜帶學生證或其他有照片之身分證件前往聖言樓四樓（SF416）網路管理組辦公室由專人協助處理。

Ifneitheroptionworks,pleasegoinpersonduringofficehourstotheNetworkManagementDivision(RoomSF416,DivineWordAcademicHigh-Rise).PleasebringyourStudentIDoranotherpieceofphotoID. 選課密碼遺忘 ForgottenCourseRegistrationPassword 學生本人攜帶學生證於本校上班時間，前往教務處課務單位辦公室（日間部同學請至野聲樓二樓教務處課務組；進修部同學請至進修部教學大樓二樓教務組）申請查詢。

PleasetakeyourStudentIDandgototheCurriculumDivisionduringofficehours.(StudentsintheDayDivisionshouldgotothesecondflooroftheCardinalYuPinBuilding;StudentsintheSchoolofContinuingEducationshouldgototheAcademicDivisionlocatedonthesecondflooroftheSchoolofContinuingEducationBuilding.) 利用網路選課密碼查詢服務，步驟如下： HowtocheckyourCourseRegistrationPassword: 以瀏覽器連線至本校學生資訊入口網（http://www.fju.edu.tw/點選"在校學生"字樣）。

GototheUniversity'shomepageandclickon“Students”. 使用LDAP帳號密碼登入「學生資訊入口網」。

LogintotheStudentInformationPortalwithyourLDAPaccountandpassword. 點選「課程‧學習」>>「選課密碼／選課清單」>>「選課密碼查詢」。

UnderCoursesandAcademics,lookforPasswordforCourseSelection(abouthalfwaydownthecolumn).ClickonPasswordQuery. 當網頁回應「網路選課密碼通知信已寄至[email protected]」訊息後，即表示已將選課密碼寄至該生在本校的Email信箱內。

Amessagewillappearonscreensaying“YourCourseRegistrationPasswordhasbeensenttothefollowingemailaddress:[email protected].”Pleasegotothatemailaddressforyourpassword. 其他 AdditionalDetails 為符合本校資訊安全規範並保障同學使用者權益，並杜絕惡意人士冒名查詢後盜用，本中心不提供電話查詢密碼服務，敬請見諒。

IncompliancewithFJCU'sinformationsecurityguidelinesandinordertoprotectstudentprivacy,theCenterwillnotdiscussanythingrelatedtopasswordsoverthetelephone. 本校提供的兩種帳號／密碼各有其用途，且與同學自身權益息息相關。

中心強烈建議同學應定期更改密碼，並將密碼妥善保存，切勿交付其他人使用，以免導致自身權益受損。

Eachaccounthasitsownspecificuse.Westronglyrecommendstudentsroutinelychangetheirpasswordsandkeeppasswordsprivate.Studentsareencouragednottosharetheirpasswordsorletothersaccesstheiraccounts. 建議同學養成使用本校Email習慣，以取得本校各單位所寄發之正式通知，並可作為身份驗證依據。
