Theexpertsestablishedinthiscoursearetotraincross-borderinternationalmanagementtalents.Theteachingcontentcoverstheneedsofalllevelsoftheenterpriseandvariousfields.Itfocusesonthedevelopmentofstudents'Englishability.Certificatestofacilitatefutureservicesfromallwalksoflife.   輔導考取專業證照 在學期間將輔導學生取得取得相關領域之專業證照，例如： 工管領域─工業工程師、品質技術師(CQT)、物流初級人員證照 企管領域─國際專案管理師(PMP)、國際專案管理(IPMA)、人力資源管理師、TQC企業人才技能認證、(LCCIEB)英國倫敦商業會考試局國際證照、WBSA世界商務企畫師、TIMS行銷專業能力認證 資管領域─OCM、CCNA、CCIE、CCDA、CCNP、CCDP、SCJP、SCNA、MCSEonsecurity、TQC-OA、電腦軟體應用證照 財金領域─國際財務特許分析師(CFA)、風險管理師證照(FRM)、理財規劃顧問(CFP)、證劵投資分析人員、不動產估價師、投資型保險商品業務員、理財規劃人員專業能力測驗、證劵商高級業務員、期貨交易分析人員、銀行內部控制與內部稽核、信託業業務人員信託業務專業 會計領域─初階ERP規劃師、電腦稽核軟體應用師(JCCP)、企業內部控制人員、會計師、記帳士證照 ​ 學生職涯發展 學生畢業後除了直接到跨國企業就業之外，繼續攻讀研究所也是一個很好的選項。

本學程學生接受四年的專業知識學習後，具備國際企管管理與商業英語溝通能力，因此可以個人興趣與職涯規劃，選擇適合的產業工作。

除升學以外，可參與推薦甄試或以一般考試進入本校及國內外各大學研究所，過去數年本校畢業生升學情況良好，成績優異者均能順利進入國內、外名校繼續深造。

另外，本學程為能給予學生更多元國際學習機會，擬於國外知名大學簽訂4+1或3+2的碩士雙聯學制，只要申請獲得入學許可，即可取得國外知名大學碩士學位，給予學生更多的國際發展機會。

Aftergraduation,thestudentsnotonlydirectlyentertheemploymentofinternationalcompanies,butalsocontinuetostudyintheinstituteisalsoagoodchoice.Afterreceivingfouryearsofprofessionalknowledge,studentsofthisprogramcancommunicatethroughinternationalbusinessmanagementandbusinessEnglish.Therefore,theycanchoosepersonalindustryinterestsbasedontheirpersonalinterestsandcareerplanning. Inadditiontofurtherstudies,youcanparticipateintherecommendedselectiontestorenterthedomesticorforeignuniversityresearchinstitutesthroughgeneralexaminations.Inthepastfewyears,thegraduatesofourschoolhavebeeninagoodschool,andthosewithexcellentgradescansuccessfullyenterthecountrywheretheywerestudying.
