组方由当归、威灵仙、石菖蒲、生甘草、苦参、火麻仁、生首乌、白鲜皮、防风组成。
其中当归、威灵仙、火麻仁养血活血、润燥祛风以滋补肝血,且祛血虚之风燥,以绝风燥产生的根源,是为君药。
生首乌解毒,苦参清热燥湿、凉血杀虫,石菖蒲化湿理气、活血散风,白鲜皮清热燥湿、祛风解毒止痒,均为臣药,共凑清热燥湿、祛风解毒止痒之效。
一味防风既能祛外风以使表实不受邪,又能胜湿止痒,是为佐药。
生甘草清热解毒、调和药性,是为使药。
全方如此配伍,共凑养血活血、解毒除湿、祛风止痒之功。

并顺利完成治疗、观察及数据统计分析工作。

[0029]1.全身性原发者,最初仅局限于一处,逐渐扩展至身体大部或全身。
局限性者,发生于身体的某一部位,以肛门、阴囊及女阴等处多见。
[0030]2.无原发性皮炎,由于搔抓可引起皮肤上出现抓痕、丘疹、血痂、色素沉着、湿疹样变及苔藓变样。
