Themanybenefitsofgratitudemaybeexplainedbythefeel-goodchemicalsreleasedinourbrainsuponexpressingorreceivingit.Dopamineandserotoninaretwoneurotransmittersresponsibleforimmediatelyupliftingourmoods.Whenwegiveorexperiencethanksdaily,westrengthentheseneuralpathways.
