何謂單一帳號？組織內部成員，利用同一組帳號及密碼，即可登入所有的資訊系統，並獲得應有之資訊或是服務。

這組帳密就稱為「單一帳號」。

甚至，使用者只要經過學校入口網的單一帳號認證後，使用不同系統就不需要再驗證，達到單一簽入（singlesignon）的使用環境。

LDAP是LightweightDirectoryAccessProtocol的縮寫，是達成帳號整合與單一簽入的一種機制。

LDAPprovidesaccesstoallonlinesystemsattheUniversitywithjustasingleaccountnumberandpassword.Inthepast,usersneededseveralaccountsandpasswordstoaccessthevariousonlinesystemsatFuJen.Withsinglesign-onthroughLDAP,youcannowloginoncewithyourLDAPpasswordandgainaccesstothedifferentsystems. LDAPstandsforLightweightDirectoryAccessProtocol.Itisamechanismthatcombinesthedifferentaccountsystemsandletsyousignintoallofthematonce.   02. 單一帳號使用管理辦法 WhohasanLDAPaccount? 本校專兼任教師、行政人員、工友、學生皆由人事室、教務處建立，其他身分（如計畫助理人員）則需另行申請。

並於離校或使用期限到期後停用帳號。

為符合資通安全規定，使用者每年至少需變更密碼一次，以確保單一帳號之安全。

Pleaserefertotheprovisionsfordetails.   03. 本校現有哪些系統可以使用單一帳號（LDAP）？是不是有例外？ WhichsystemscantheLDAPaccountsigninto?Arethereanyexceptions? 目前本校絕大部分之資訊服務，皆以單一帳號登入驗證，如：無線網路（包括跨校漫遊）、電子郵件服務、教職員工資訊入口網、學生資訊入口網…等服務。

部分資訊系統除了驗證您的單一帳號外，還會限制使用者身分（如教師可登入成績上傳系統，學生可登入成績查詢系統），請參考各系統服務規定。

部分單位內部使用之資訊系統，因安全與系統面之考量，目前暫時不納入單一帳號範圍內。

教職員工部分於95學年度上學期啟用。
