Applicantshavetostudyformorethanonesemesterandachievedgradesinordertoapplyforthecertificateofcoursecompletion,whichwillbeconferredaftertheapplyingprocedureiscompleted. 二、入學或轉學資格不合而退學者，或經開除學籍者，不發給任何修業證明文件。

Certificatewillnotbeconferredifthequalificationofapplicant’sregistrationortransferisineligible,orwhosestudentstatusisexpelled. 三、填妥申請表，與貼妥44元郵票之掛號回郵信封（如親自取件則免附），送交教務處註冊組辦理。

Aftertheapplicationformiscompleted,encloseitwitharegisteredself-addressedenvelopebearingstampsworthNT$44,(thosewhoaregoingtopersonallypickupthedocumentareexempt),andthenbesubmittedtotheRegistrar’sOffice. 四、委託他人須附上1-01學籍與成績業務申辦委託書，受託人須出示身分證明文件以備查驗。
