However, two-way travelappliedonlyto fullyvaccinatedAustraliancitizens,permanentresidents andtheirimmediatefamiliesduetoAustralia'sbordermeasures.  AustralianPrimeMinisterScottMorrisonsubsequentlyannouncedthatAustraliawouldreopenitsborderstoallvaccinatedSingaporeansfromNov21. Morethan50,000SingaporeansliveinAustralia,and about25,000AustraliansliveinSingapore.
