RefillCardArrangements 慢性連續處方簽作業 21.TheRefillCardisforpatientswithstable conditionandmedication,andmustbeauthorizedbyyourdoctor. 慢性連續處方簽〈RefillCard〉是給病情及用藥穩定的病患使用，並須經看診醫師開立。

22.Pleasegotothecounteronyourleftcornerto applyfortheRefillCard. 請至左手面最角落的柜台辦理慢性連續處方簽。

23.Pleasecomehereontimeorgototheregistration&cashiertoregisterandpaybeforereceivingyourmedicinenexttime. 下次請按時至本處或本院掛號收費處登錄及繳款後領藥。

24.Pleasereceiveyourmedicinewithinthetimelimit. 請於期限內領藥，逾期則不受理。

25.YourRefillCardisusedupandwewilltakeit back. 您的慢性連續處方簽〈RefillCard〉已使用完，要收回。

33.Takethesetwomedicineswithaone-hourinterval. 這兩種藥品服藥時間須間隔一小時。

34.Thisisforexternaluse.Applytotheaffectedarea. 這是外用藥膏，塗抹在患處。

35.Thisisamouthwash,anddonotswallow. 這是漱口藥水，不可吞服。

36.Thisisasuppositoryforexternalapplicationtobeinsertedintovaginaoranus. 這是陰道或肛門用栓劑。

37.Pleasedilutethemedicinewithwatertothis graduationofthebottleandshakewellmixed. Takeitaccordingtothedoctor’sinstructions. 請於藥瓶內加水，搖均勻後至此刻度再按醫師指示服用。

38.Pleasetaketheanti-feversyrupfirstwhenyourbodytemperatureisabove38.5℃,andtaketheantipyreticsuppositoryifabove39℃. 體溫高於38.5℃請先服用退燒藥水，若大於39℃再使用栓劑。
