Atpresent,memberscanchecktheshipmentstatusoftheproductsinthememberareabythemselves.Pleaselogintothe"Myaccount"→"transactionhistory"→"orderquery"tochecktheshipmentstatusofyourorderedproducts.   訂單查詢內各種訊息說明所代表的意義如下： Themeaningsofvariousmessagesintheorderqueryareasfollows:   收到訂單：博客來已收到會員所完成的訂單。

Orderreceived:Books.com.twhasreceivedtheordercompletedbythemember.   待付款：博客來尚未收到會員轉帳的款項。

Pendingpayment:Books.com.twhasnotreceivedthepaymentfromthemember.   資料處理中：博客來正準備將您的訂單轉由物流中心處理。

Dataprocessing:Books.com.twispreparingtotransferyourordertothelogisticscenterforfurtherprocessing.   無庫存，調貨中：該商品博客來無庫存，尚在為會員調貨。

Outofstock,Restocking:TheproductiscurrentlyoutofstockandBooks.com.twisorderingstockinfromanotherstore.   已有庫存：該商品博客來已有庫存，若訂單中的商品都顯示「已有庫存」，則代表商品將於這兩日安排出貨；若訂單中的商品部分顯示「已有庫存」、部分顯示「無庫存，調貨中」：則博客來會先集貨7個工作天左右，若屆時仍無法調到所有商品，會把已調到的部分先送出。

Shipmentprocessing:thegoodsarepickedupandpackagedbythelogisticscenter,andthendistributedtothedistributionvendor.   包裹過大無法送達門市:若您的訂單選擇7-ELEVEN取貨方式，但物流中心於出貨時發現商品體積過大情形無法送至門市時，我們會以Email通知您變更「客樂得貨到付款」方式寄送。

您於會員專區的訂單狀態將變更為「包裹過大無法送達門市」，請您可於看到此狀態時來函告知方便的配送資訊，客服人員將儘速為您處理。

Theparcelistoolargetobedeliveredtothestore: Ifyouchoosethe7-ELEVENPaymentuponPickupmethodforyourorder,butthelogisticscenterfindsthattheproductistoolargetobedeliveredtothestoreatthetimeofshipment,wewillnotifyyoubyemailtoswitchtoanotherdeliverymethodofPaymentondelivery".Thestatusofyourorderinthememberareawillbechangedto"Thepackageistoolargetobedeliveredtothestore".Whenyouseethisstatus,pleasewritetousthedeliveryinformationyou'reconvenientwith,sothatthecustomerservicestaffwillhandleitforyouassoonaspossible.   轉配送廠商集貨區：商品將轉交給配送廠商。

Transfertothecollectionareaofdistributionvendor:Thegoodswillbetransferredtothedistributionvendor.   已寄出：商品已由配送廠商配送中，會員可留意是否收到「出貨通知」。

Sent: Theproducthasbeendeliveredbythedistributionvendor,andmemberscanpayattentiontowhetherornottheyhavereceivedthe"ShippingNotice".   已配達：包裹已送達指定的收件地址。

Alreadydelivered:Theparcelhasbeendeliveredtothedesignatedreceivingaddress.   已到門市：商品已送達門市，請檢視您是否收到取貨通知信函，也可至「會員專區」>「信件備份」中查詢信件備份。

Arrivedatthestore:Theproducthasbeendeliveredtothestore.Pleasecheckwhetheryouhavereceivedthedeliverynotificationletter.Youcanalsochecktheletterbackupin"MembersArea">"LetterBackup".   逾期未領，訂單已取消：商品的取貨期限已過，包裹已被退回博客來物流，若會員仍需要該商品，則需重新下訂單訂購。

Theorderhasbeencanceled：iftheproductisnotclaimedaftertheexpirydate:theproduct'spick-upperiodhasexpired,andthepackagehasbeenreturnedtotheBooks.com.tw logistics.Ifyoustillneedtheproduct,pleaseplaceanorderagain.   未領貨，訂單已取消：會員未領取出貨商品，該訂單已取消。

Theorderhasbeencanceled：ifthegoodsarenotpickedup:Theorderhasbeencanceledifthememberhasnotpickeduptheshippedgoods.   退(換)貨處理中：正在處理會員退換貨的商品。

Return(exchange)ofgoodsinprogress:Thegoodsreturnedorexchangedbymembersarecurrentlyinprogress.   退貨已退款：會員退貨的商品已於退款處理作業中，請於三個工作日後查詢退款金額。

Thereturnedproducthasbeenrefunded:Theproductreturnedbythememberisintheprocessofrefundprocessing,pleasechecktherefundamountafterthreeworkingdays.   換貨已寄出：會員換貨的商品已重新寄出。

Anexchangehasbeensent:Theproductthatthememberhasexchangedhasbeenre-sent.   轉廠商處理：若您訂購的是「轉廠商出貨」的商品，將顯示此訊息。

Trans-vendorprocessing:Ifyouordereda"trans-vendorshipping"product,thismessagewillbedisplayed.   廠商已寄出：轉廠商出貨商品已寄出。
