AssignRooms a)Automaticroomassignment Selectareservationintheleftpartofthewindow. Intherightpartofthewindow,alloftheavailableroomsforthe reservationtimeperiodwillappear. Oneormoreavailableroomshavebeenpreselectedasaproposal,corresponding tothenumberofreservedroom. Ifyouaresatisfiedwiththeselection,clickthe[Assign] button.Theroomswillthenbeallocatedaccordinglyintheselection b)Assigningroomsmanually Insteadofusingtheautomaticroomassignment,youcanalsomanually assignadesiredroombyclickingontherightpartofthewindowand selectinganotheravailableroom. If youselectaroomfromanotherroomtypeandclickon[Distribute], youwillbeaskediftherateistoberecalculated.Thewayyouanswer thequestiondependsonwhetheryouareworkingwitha freeupdate oran Upsell . Answerwith[Yes] ifyouaredealingwithan Upsell . Inthiscase, theratecolumnisadjustedinthetable. Answerthe questionwith[No],ifwearedealingwithafreeUpgrade.
